सुहृन्मित्रार्युदासीनमध्यस्थद्वेष्यबन्धुषु। साधुष्वपि च पापेषु समबुद्धिर्विशिष्यते।।6.9।।
suhṛin-mitrāryudāsīna-madhyastha-dveṣhya-bandhuṣhu sādhuṣhvapi cha pāpeṣhu sama-buddhir viśhiṣhyate
Meaning
True leadership means treating all stakeholders—allies, rivals, neutrals—with consistent fairness and respect, regardless of personal feelings or past conflicts.
Translation
He excels who has sameness of view with regard to a benefactor, a friend, an enemy, a neutral, an arbiter, the hateful, a relative, good people, and even sinners.
