Bhagavad Geeta 6.34

चञ्चलं हि मनः कृष्ण प्रमाथि बलवद्दृढम्। तस्याहं निग्रहं मन्ये वायोरिव सुदुष्करम्।।6.34।।
chañchalaṁ hi manaḥ kṛiṣhṇa pramāthi balavad dṛiḍham tasyāhaṁ nigrahaṁ manye vāyor iva su-duṣhkaram
Meaning
Master your mind's chaos through consistent practice and discipline; mental mastery is your greatest leadership challenge and competitive advantage.
Translation
For, O Kṛṣṇa, the mind is unsteady, turbulent, strong, and obstinate; I consider its control to be as difficult as that of the wind.
