Bhagavad Geeta 6.32

आत्मौपम्येन सर्वत्र समं पश्यति योऽर्जुन। सुखं वा यदि वा दुःखं सः योगी परमो मतः।।6.32।।
ātmaupamyena sarvatra samaṁ paśhyati yo ’rjuna sukhaṁ vā yadi vā duḥkhaṁ sa yogī paramo mataḥ
Meaning
True leadership means extending the same empathy to others' struggles and joys that you'd want for yourself. This builds trust and wise decisions.
Translation
O Arjuna, that yogi is considered the best who judges what is happiness and sorrow in all beings by the same standard as they would apply to themselves.
