समं कायशिरोग्रीवं धारयन्नचलं स्थिरः। संप्रेक्ष्य नासिकाग्रं स्वं दिशश्चानवलोकयन्।।6.13।।
samaṁ kāya-śhiro-grīvaṁ dhārayann achalaṁ sthiraḥ samprekṣhya nāsikāgraṁ svaṁ diśhaśh chānavalokayan
Meaning
Focus your attention inward on what matters most. Eliminate distractions, maintain composure, and direct your energy toward your core objective rather than external noise.
Translation
Holding the body, head, and neck erect and still, being steady, looking at the tip of his own nose and not looking around.
