तस्मादसक्तः सततं कार्यं कर्म समाचर। असक्तो ह्याचरन्कर्म परमाप्नोति पूरुषः।।3.19।।
tasmād asaktaḥ satataṁ kāryaṁ karma samāchara asakto hyācharan karma param āpnoti pūruṣhaḥ
Meaning
Focus on your work's excellence, not its rewards. Detachment from outcomes reduces stress while improving performance and fulfillment.
Translation
Therefore, remaining unattached, always perform the obligatory duty; for, by performing one's duty without attachment, a person attains the highest.
