तेजः क्षमा धृतिः शौचमद्रोहो नातिमानिता। भवन्ति सम्पदं दैवीमभिजातस्य भारत।।16.3।।
tejaḥ kṣhamā dhṛitiḥ śhaucham adroho nāti-mānitā bhavanti sampadaṁ daivīm abhijātasya bhārata
Meaning
Cultivate resilience, humility, and integrity in your leadership. These qualities—courage, forgiveness, discipline, and freedom from ego—define effective decision-makers who inspire trust and create lasting impact.
Translation
Vigour, forgiveness, fortitude, purity, freedom from malice, absence of haughtiness—these, O scion of the Bharata dynasty, are the qualities of one born destined to have the divine nature.
