तानहं द्विषतः क्रूरान्संसारेषु नराधमान्।क्षिपाम्यजस्रमशुभानासुरीष्वेव योनिषु।।16.19।।
tān ahaṁ dviṣhataḥ krūrān sansāreṣhu narādhamān kṣhipāmy ajasram aśhubhān āsurīṣhv eva yoniṣhu
Meaning
Persistent negative behavior creates its own consequences. Leaders who consistently choose cruelty isolate themselves and undermine their influence, regardless of position.
Translation
I cast forever those hateful, cruel, evil-doers in the worlds, the vilest of human beings, verily into the demonic classes.
