Bhagavad Geeta 5.23

शक्नोतीहैव यः सोढुं प्राक्शरीरविमोक्षणात्। कामक्रोधोद्भवं वेगं स युक्तः स सुखी नरः।।5.23।।
śhaknotīhaiva yaḥ soḍhuṁ prāk śharīra-vimokṣhaṇāt kāma-krodhodbhavaṁ vegaṁ sa yuktaḥ sa sukhī naraḥ
Meaning
Master your impulses before they master you. Leaders who control reactive emotions gain clarity, make better decisions, and find lasting peace amid chaos.
Translation
One who can withstand here itself, before departing from the body, the impulse arising from desire and anger, that person is a yogi; they are happy.
