Bhagavad Geeta 3.21

यद्यदाचरति श्रेष्ठस्तत्तदेवेतरो जनः। स यत्प्रमाणं कुरुते लोकस्तदनुवर्तते।।3.21।।
yad yad ācharati śhreṣhṭhas tat tad evetaro janaḥ sa yat pramāṇaṁ kurute lokas tad anuvartate
Meaning
Leaders set the standard through their actions, not words. Your behavior becomes the blueprint others follow, making integrity your most influential tool.
Translation
Whatever a superior person does, another person does the same! Whatever they uphold as authority, an ordinary person follows that.
