Bhagavad Geeta 3.16

एवं प्रवर्तितं चक्रं नानुवर्तयतीह यः। अघायुरिन्द्रियारामो मोघं पार्थ स जीवति।।3.16।।
evaṁ pravartitaṁ chakraṁ nānuvartayatīha yaḥ aghāyur indriyārāmo moghaṁ pārtha sa jīvati
Meaning
Align your actions with your role's purpose. Ignoring your responsibilities wastes your potential and leads to reactive, unfulfilled living.
Translation
O Partha, he who does not follow the wheel thus set in motion lives in vain, their life is sinful, and they indulge in the senses.
