यततो ह्यपि कौन्तेय पुरुषस्य विपश्चितः। इन्द्रियाणि प्रमाथीनि हरन्ति प्रसभं मनः।।2.60।।
yatato hyapi kaunteya puruṣhasya vipaśhchitaḥ indriyāṇi pramāthīni haranti prasabhaṁ manaḥ
Meaning
Even disciplined professionals can lose focus when distracted by immediate pressures. Protect your strategic priorities by deliberately managing what demands your attention daily.
Translation
For, O son of Kunti, the turbulent senses can violently snatch away the mind of an intelligent person, even while they are striving diligently.
