योगस्थः कुरु कर्माणि सङ्गं त्यक्त्वा धनञ्जय। सिद्ध्यसिद्ध्योः समो भूत्वा समत्वं योग उच्यते।।2.48।।
yoga-sthaḥ kuru karmāṇi saṅgaṁ tyaktvā dhanañjaya siddhy-asiddhyoḥ samo bhūtvā samatvaṁ yoga uchyate
Meaning
Perform your duties with full commitment while detaching from outcomes. True skill lies in maintaining calm focus whether you succeed or fail.
Translation
By being established in Yoga, O Dhananjaya (Arjuna), undertake actions, casting off attachment and remaining equanimous in success and failure. Equanimity is called Yoga.
