Bhagavad Geeta 1.27

श्वशुरान्सुहृदश्चैव सेनयोरुभयोरपि। तान्समीक्ष्य स कौन्तेयः सर्वान्बन्धूनवस्थितान्।।1.27।।
tān samīkṣhya sa kaunteyaḥ sarvān bandhūn avasthitān kṛipayā parayāviṣhṭo viṣhīdann idam abravīt
Meaning
When facing difficult decisions affecting people you care about, acknowledge your emotions without letting them paralyze action. Compassion and clarity must coexist.
Translation
The son of Kunti, Arjuna, seeing all those relatives arrayed there, became overwhelmed by supreme compassion and sorrowfully said this:
