Bhagavad Geeta 18.25

अनुबन्धं क्षयं हिंसामनपेक्ष्य च पौरुषम्।मोहादारभ्यते कर्म यत्तत्तामसमुच्यते।।18.25।।
anubandhaṁ kṣhayaṁ hinsām anapekṣhya cha pauruṣham mohād ārabhyate karma yat tat tāmasam uchyate
Meaning
Avoid decisions made in confusion without weighing consequences or assessing your capability. Thoughtful action beats impulsive choices every time.
Translation
That action is said to be born of tamas which is undertaken out of delusion, without consideration of its consequences, loss, harm, and ability.
