मानापमानयोस्तुल्यस्तुल्यो मित्रारिपक्षयोः।सर्वारम्भपरित्यागी गुणातीतः स उच्यते।।14.25।।
mānāpamānayos tulyas tulyo mitrāri-pakṣhayoḥ sarvārambha-parityāgī guṇātītaḥ sa uchyate
Meaning
Transcend reactive leadership by maintaining steady judgment regardless of praise or criticism, treating allies and adversaries equally, and focusing on purpose over outcomes.
Translation
He who is the same under honor and dishonor, who is equitably disposed towards both friends and foes, who has renounced all undertakings—he is said to have gone beyond dualities.
