Bhagavad Geeta 12.15

यस्मान्नोद्विजते लोको लोकान्नोद्विजते च यः।हर्षामर्षभयोद्वेगैर्मुक्तो यः स च मे प्रियः।।12.15।।
yasmān nodvijate loko lokān nodvijate cha yaḥ harṣhāmarṣha-bhayodvegair mukto yaḥ sa cha me priyaḥ
Meaning
Stay unshaken by external chaos and internal turbulence. Leaders who maintain equanimity amid pressure earn trust and influence others most effectively.
Translation
He, too, owing to whom the world is not disturbed, and who is not disturbed by the world, who is free from joy, impatience, fear, and anxiety, is dear to me.
