सर्वकर्माणि मनसा संन्यस्यास्ते सुखं वशी। नवद्वारे पुरे देही नैव कुर्वन्न कारयन्।।5.13।।
sarva-karmāṇi manasā sannyasyāste sukhaṁ vaśhī nava-dvāre pure dehī naiva kurvan na kārayan
Meaning
Master your mind first. Detach from outcomes while fulfilling responsibilities. True leadership means acting without ego or forcing others—creating space for genuine results.
Translation
The embodied man of self-control, having given up all actions mentally, continues happily in the city of nine gates, without doing or causing anyone else to do anything.
