स एवायं मया तेऽद्य योगः प्रोक्तः पुरातनः। भक्तोऽसि मे सखा चेति रहस्यं ह्येतदुत्तमम्।।4.3।।
sa evāyaṁ mayā te ’dya yogaḥ proktaḥ purātanaḥ bhakto ’si me sakhā cheti rahasyaṁ hyetad uttamam

Focus on your responsibilities without attachment to outcomes. This timeless principle, shared between trusted allies, transforms how leaders make decisions and build resilience.
Translation
That ancient Yoga itself, which is this, has been taught to you by Me today, considering you to be My devotee and friend, for this Yoga is a profound secret.
