Bhagavad Geeta 4.11

ये यथा मां प्रपद्यन्ते तांस्तथैव भजाम्यहम्। मम वर्त्मानुवर्तन्ते मनुष्याः पार्थ सर्वशः।।4.11।।
ye yathā māṁ prapadyante tāns tathaiva bhajāmyaham mama vartmānuvartante manuṣhyāḥ pārtha sarvaśhaḥ
Meaning
People respond to the energy and approach you bring. Lead with authenticity and intention; others will mirror your commitment back.
Translation
According to the manner in which they approach Me, I favor them in that same manner. O son of Partha, humans follow My path in every way.
