Bhagavad Geeta 1.29

सीदन्ति मम गात्राणि मुखं च परिशुष्यति। वेपथुश्च शरीरे मे रोमहर्षश्च जायते।।1.29।।
sīdanti mama gātrāṇi mukhaṁ cha pariśhuṣhyati vepathuśh cha śharīre me roma-harṣhaśh cha jāyate
Meaning
When overwhelmed by doubt and fear, pause before acting. Physical signals warn us to reconnect with purpose before proceeding with important decisions.
Translation
And there is trembling in my body, and my hair stands on end; the Gandiva (bow) slips from my hand and my skin burns intensely.
