व्यासप्रसादाच्छ्रुतवानेतद्गुह्यमहं परम्।योगं योगेश्वरात्कृष्णात्साक्षात्कथयतः स्वयम्।।18.75।।
vyāsa-prasādāch chhrutavān etad guhyam ahaṁ param yogaṁ yogeśhvarāt kṛiṣhṇāt sākṣhāt kathayataḥ svayam
Meaning
Direct wisdom from trusted mentors accelerates learning. Seek guidance from those who embody excellence in their field rather than relying solely on theory.
Translation
Through the favor of Vyasa, I heard this secret concerning the supreme Yoga from Krishna, the Lord of Yogas, while He Himself was speaking!
