Bhagavad Geeta 18.64

सर्वगुह्यतमं भूयः श्रृणु मे परमं वचः।इष्टोऽसि मे दृढमिति ततो वक्ष्यामि ते हितम्।।18.64।।
sarva-guhyatamaṁ bhūyaḥ śhṛiṇu me paramaṁ vachaḥ iṣhṭo ‘si me dṛiḍham iti tato vakṣhyāmi te hitam
Meaning
Leaders who truly care for their teams share difficult truths openly. Trust enables honest feedback that drives growth and better decisions.
Translation
Listen again to My highest utterance, which is the most profound of all. Since you are ever dear to Me, I shall speak what is beneficial to you.
