स्वे स्वे कर्मण्यभिरतः संसिद्धिं लभते नरः।स्वकर्मनिरतः सिद्धिं यथा विन्दति तच्छृणु।।18.45।।
sve sve karmaṇy abhirataḥ sansiddhiṁ labhate naraḥ sva-karma-nirataḥ siddhiṁ yathā vindati tach chhṛiṇu

Focus on excellence in your assigned role rather than envying others' paths. Mastery of your own work brings fulfillment and success.
Translation
Being devoted to his own duty, one attains complete success. Hear how one devoted to their own duty achieves success.
